Completely free to you. When we place a booking, the venue pays Venkey an introduction fee — similar to how a media agency gets commission from publishers. We never add fees on top of the venue's rate, and we tell you exactly what you're paying the venue.
No. We keep your brief private until you have reviewed the shortlist and approved the venues you want us to approach. You are in control throughout.
Your Venkey contact will reach out within a few hours of receiving your brief. You'll typically have a curated shortlist within 24 hours of us receiving responses from venues.
We specialise in conferences, away-days, awards dinners, gala dinners, board meetings, and corporate Christmas parties. Large-scale product launches and private dining are covered too.
We work best with venue hire budgets from £2,000 upwards. Below that, the negotiating leverage is limited — but you're welcome to use our listings to browse independently.
