Hello June, you have been great to us this week, the weather has been fantastic. We are happy to welcome in summer and have even begun reminiscing on the summer of last year. All of the events in the summer were magnificent, but the outdoor events really resonated with us, and so, we thought we would collate all of our favourite venues with outdoor events options.
Tofte Manor in Bedfordshire
If you are looking for a private and intimate venue in which to host your event, then look no further. What makes Tofte Manor different is the harmonious environment they provide, as well as the fact that the manor house still retains its purpose as a home, which gives it a unique atmosphere of privacy and comfort whilst still delivering top quality service.
Five acres of beautiful landscaped gardens provide a wonderful backdrop for special events, serenity and space. As you wander around, you will find secret places, statuary, rose arbours, ancient trees and planting schemes that fill the senses.
Crogen Estate
The aim here is to make your visit to Crogen a completely unique experience for you: the very existence of Crogen is about friends and family. Boasting total privacy and seclusion, it is clear to see why many of our guests return year on year.
For any celebration, whether it’s a marquee on the main lawn or a small informal event at the coach house, tipis and hog-roasts, barbeques at the river or a formal champagne reception, anything is possible.

Bignor Park in West Sussex
There are eleven acres of gardens to explore, with magnificent views of the South Downs -A peaceful garden with no traffic noise. As you enter the garden you pass under a rare two hundred year old Lucombe oak.
In the spring this area is a sea of daffodils, primroses, cowslips and orchids, framed by colourful rhododendrons and camellias. They also have a long history of hosting charitable and community events, making Bignor Park very much a part of the local community.
